Well it’s Build Your Bankroll Wednesday at SixTalkingHeads. With the College Football Bowl Games quickly approaching, I’m a little leery to go crazy on the college hardwood just yet. That said, I’ll still throw out a game or two to keep your gambling interest till bowl season.

After last Saturday’s road win versus then No. 20 Marquette the No. 7 ranked Wisconsin Badgers travel home to take on 2-9 in state rival Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Usually this matchup figures to be an exciting showcase of flying acrobatics and high-scoring, but tonight’s matchup is sure to disappoint the true college basketball enthusiast as these two teams are light years apart in talent. However, there is one hidden reason that this game piques our interest here tonight. It’s called the classic sandwich game! Allow me to explain...

After a big road win, the Wisconsin Badgers return home a little hung over and a little out of breath. Wisconsin-Milwaukee is far from the team to beat them, but with the nice little hangover that the Badgers bring into tonight’s contest, they are definitely the side to be on tonight. Why is this game called a “sandwich game”? That’s because the Badgers have another big matchup on deck that they might be a little more concerned with. Come Saturday, Wisconsin will clash head to head with the No. 2 team in the country, the undefeated Pittsburgh Panthers.

It’s also nice knowing that Wisconsin is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games versus a team with a winning percentage below .400.
