NCAA Basketball Picks - Thursday, February 15th

At last .500 is here! After a few weeks of horrible play, we are finally .500 on the NCAA basketball season. Obviously since we are still in the red, we need to continue the uphill battle here tonight. Since Saturday's card looks to be action packed, we'll make Thursday a light one. Make sure you check in ALL DAY Saturday as I will be updating my plays throughout the day! It's almost March, but we can still make $ in February!

3* Play on Arizona State +12 over UCLA

Sure the Sun Devils haven't been your cream of the crop cinderella story, but since it's mid-February the upsets are bound to keep happening! I'm not expecting the Sun Devils to pull off the impossible, but I do expect them to stay within the number tonight. UCLA is just 3-3 on the road and a disappointing 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a losing S.U. record. We also know that the Sun Devils are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning record above .600. That's a 10-2 combined trend!

5* Play on California +4 over Oregon

Let me start off by saying that I hate the Golden Bears. Not only have they screwed me numerous times on the football field, but their basketball team has bent me over more times than I would like to remember. Cal is just 6-5 at home this year, and Oregon comes into tonight's game with a solid 6-3 road mark. Those numbers alone might make you want to stay away from the cuddly bears, but considering it's a day after Valentine's Day, Vegas is trying to give you a freebie. The Ducks are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games and are also 0-4 ATS in their last 4 vs. the Pac-10. Add to that their 0-7 mark ATS in their last 7 as a favorite, 0-6 ATS in their last 6 Thursday night games, and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall and it looks like upset heaven! Holy Zero Batman! Throw in the Golden Bears 4-0 ATS mark versus teams with a winning S.U. record and we have a COMBINED 30-0 ATS Inside the Game Winning Angle!!! Can you say Pike's NCAA GAME OF THE MONTH? I guess it's time to cuddle up with the Bears tonight.
